Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund (unless faulty).

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 business days.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
